REALIZATION OF THE RIGHT TO INITIATIVE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDURE BY A FORENSIC EXPERT

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the right to an expert initiative in the system of rights and duties of forensic expert in criminal proceedings. It is emphasized that the realization of this right is possible with the help of his other rights, in particular, to get acquainted with the materials of the case, to submit a petition, to be present during a procedural actions, etc. The are determined a procedural grounds of an expert initiative. The author offers to distinguish an external and internal forms of the initiative activity of a forensic expert.
