Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the essence of corporate rights and risks of the owner, who acquired corporate rights through a buyout through the electronic trading system at the stage of enforcement proceedings. The judicial practice is analyzed taking into account the changes in the legislation on enforcement proceedings, the proposals for improving the national legislation are justified.
