TO THE QUESTION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO PENSION PROVISION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Some questions of realization of constitutional right of the person and citizen to pensions under the legislation of Ukraine are investigated in the article. The concept, means and types of provision of pensions as the integral component of a social security of the population are highlighted. The normative legal acts aimed at promoting the implementation of the right to pension provision are analysed. It is also established features and outlined problems of legislative regulation of legal relationship of pension provision of some categories of citizens.
