THE CONCEPT AND SPECIFIC FEATURES OF LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE SPHERE OF SECURITY OF THE STATE BORDER OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article serves two perspectives theoretical definition of legal relations, summarizes and analyzes the general features of legal relations as a form of social relations through the prism of the studied areas. This allowed us to determine the specific features of legal relations in the sphere of security of the state border of Ukraine taking into account its specificity as a special sphere of legal regulation. It turns out the question of the role and importance of legal relations in the mechanism of legal regulation of security of state border of Ukraine at the time of their implementation on the basis of three dimensions of manifestation of the relationships studied. Based on the foregoing, formulated the author's definition of legal relations in the sphere of security of the state border of Ukraine.
