USING OF TESTIMONIES ACCORDING TO THE STRANGER STORIES IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the pressing questions related to the use of hearsay evidence as a proof in criminal proceeding of Ukraine. In this research the circle of existent problems is considered and the ways of their decision are suggested. The propositions of improvement of national legislation, taking into account experience of the USA and England, are stated.
