TO THE QUESTION OF CONTENT OF GENERAL OBJECTS OF MILITARY CRIMINAL BY CRIMINAL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND OTHER STATES

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the content of generic objects of war crimes provided by the Criminal Code of more than 25 countries of the world. It is noted that the system of war crimes, and accordingly their generic objects are more clearly and meaningfully reflected in the Criminal Code of those states that were formed in the post-Soviet space. In the article the concept of war crimes contained in those CC, which reflects the amount of generic objects. On the basis of the comparative legal study, proposals were made to expand the maternity facility of war crimes provided for in Section XIX of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, both in terms of content and scope.
