JOINT INVESTIGATION TEAMS AS AN EFFECTIVE INSTRUMENT OF COUNTERACTION TO CROSS-BORDER CRIME

Abstract
The article presents the results of the research investigation teams in investigating сross-border crimes, it refers to: the current state and prospects of legal regulation of the institution of joint (international) investigations, practice of activities of joint (international) investigation teams in investigating сross-border crimes. It defines the specifics of organizing and carrying out joint investigations. Obviously, the essence of the anticriminal mechanism includes a complex good practices, considering even those international institutions in which Ukraine for various reasons is not participating (including EU).
