PROTECTION OF THE RIGHT FOR THE LAND PLOT IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article analyses the compliance of the mechanism of protection of the right to improve land lease relations for formal signs of the mechanism of subjective rights and interest’s protection. A comparative study of the balance state of public interests and private interests of the land lease agreement parties in this mechanism in Ukraine and foreign countries was conducted. The directions of balancing of these interests in the context of sustainable development ensuring are determined.
