PRINCIPLES OF THE LEGAL REGIME IN THE LABOR LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article ascertains the structure of the legal regime principles system in the labour law. A special attention is paid on the definition of legal principles essence and their social and legal sense. The concept of “principles of a legal regime in the labour law” has been disclosed.
