TURN OF COURT DECISION EXECUTION BY ADMINISTRATIVE COURT

Abstract
The theoretical analysis of issues of turn of execution of court decision by administrative court is done in the given article. The analysis of doctrine definitions of concept of turn of execution of court decision is considered. The basic novels of the normative adjustment of turn of execution of court decision in the administrative legal proceedings are being clarified. Terms have been specified and the features of procedural form of turn of execution of court decision in administrative court have been founded out also. The analysis of practice of administrative courts on the topic of research is considered. The necessity of improvement of the legislative adjusting of issues of reinstatement and legal interests of debtor in case when founding for a penalty was confessed illegally.
