CONCEPT AND SYSTEM OF TEMPORARY CATEGORIES IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of time categories of the economic process, which, like other processes, is carried out within certain time limits, which determine its boundary spatial properties, the time of its occurrence and its completion. These limits are inherent in both the stages and economic, as well as other proceedings (for example, executive, which applies in all processes), as well as in relation to separate economic-procedural actions in order to establish their availability and consistency. These properties are very important in the practical realization of economic-procedural actions and they can be defined as time categories, which are defined by the norms of the current procedural legislation, and in some cases, are established by the court. Time categories are certain legal provisions that are applied both in the norms of the current material and procedural law, and set certain time limits (criteria, limitations) of the economic process.
