EVOLUTION AND CURRENT STATE LEGAL REGULATION OF STATE SUPPORT SELECTION IN FISHING

Abstract
In the article, the author investigates the formation and the current state of legal regulation of state support for breeding in fish farming. Because of the study, the author distinguishes three stages of legal regulation of the above relations: 1) transitional stage (early 90’s of the XX century – 2001); 2) stage of active state support (2002–2008); 3) the stage of the decline of state support (2009–2018). The author concludes that the current state of legislative support for state support for breeding in fish farming is minimal enough, but needs further modernization. The model of state support for breeding in fish farming, proposed in the current legislation, has features of support-order, establishes an individual approach to its recipients.
