HISTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF PROCEEDINGS OF MINE IN CRIMINAL PROCESS OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the history of the emergence and development of such an institution of the criminal process of Ukraine, as the seizure of property. The analysis has been conducted from the beginning of national law. On the other hand, it deprives the institute of property seizure of flexibility and rapid adaptability to the relevant procedural situation.
