Abstract
The article deals with the subjects of implementation of the criminal-executive policy of Ukraine. Their role in the mechanism of implementing criminal-executive policy is analyzed. The system of subjects of implementation of the criminal-executive policy of Ukraine is determined and its legal status is investigated.
