SPORTS DISPUTE: CONCEPT AND CLASSIFICATION

Abstract
The paper addresses the essence to one of the key aspects of sports law – sports disputes. Scientific approaches to the concept of “sports disputes” and their classification has been analyzed. The distinction between the categories “sports dispute” and “sports conflict” was made. Author's definition of the concept of “sports dispute” has been highlighted.
