INFORMATION-JUVENAL PREVENTOLOGY: THEORETICAL BASIS OF INTRODUCTION

Abstract
Preventology as an innovative direction in science is productively developing in such sectors as preventive medicine, psychology and others. The idea of applying the methodological basis of preventology to the legal sciences has not been reflected in the works of Ukrainian scientists, despite a large number of studies on the prevention of violations. The author proposes to introduce into the scientific circulation of legal research a new integrative direction – legal preventology. It is supposed that it can consolidate the doctrines on the prevention of offenses in the sphere of administrative, civil, criminal law. At the next stage the author of the article proposes to detail the legal preventology, depending on the object and subject of study. It provides a rationale for the identification of such types, as information and juvenile preventology, within the framework of legal preventology. The proposed species do not belong to any specific branch of law, but consolidate the provisions of various sciences. The researcher also proposes, as a result of integration of adjacent areas, to single out an independent version – information-juvenile preventology, substantiates its subject, goals and tasks, which it is necessary to study in further developments.
