SPECIAL APPROACHES TO DETERMINATION OF CATEGORY „PROCEDURAL PROCEEDINGS”

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the legal procedure as a form of social procedures. It is determined that the legal procedure is a general, generic concept that covers procedures for the implementation of law-making and law enforcement activities, the absorption of the administrative and judicial procedures. It is proved that procedural procedures (procedural forms, legal proceedings) differ from other legal procedures and are characterized by specific legal regimes, which are fixed in the norms of the relevant branches of procedural legislation.
