THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE STAGES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND DELICT RELATIONS

Abstract
In this article the peculiarities of the stages of administrative and delict relations were investigated. An attempt was made to revise the traditional view at the stage of administrative and delict relations, which resulted in the following: the commission of administrative delinquency; detection of administrative delinquency; administrative investigation of a delict; preliminaryconsideration of case materials; review of the case; objective administrative responsibility; subjective administrative liability. The attention was drawn to the need to introduce a trial period for committing administrative misconduct of the so-called „criminal” nature.
