QUALITY OF INSURANCE SERVICE IN CONTRACTUAL INSURANCE OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The scientific article the features of assessing the quality of insurance service in the field of contractual insurance legal relations are explored both before occurrence of an insured event and after its occurrence. It is established that unlike goods with regard to insurance services, there are no state quality standards, therefore they have a high degree of uncertainty or changeability, in connection with which the qualitative characteristics of the insurance service should be determined in the insurance rules. Differentiation of the concepts “quality of insurance service” and “quality of maintenance” are determined.
