GENESIS AND FEATURES OF THE UKRAINIAN LEGAL INHERITANCE

Abstract
History of becoming and development of legal inheritance of the Ukrainian people is analysed in this article. Adopted basic causes that influenced on her gradual increase and enriching. The main personal touches over of legal inheritance are brought, what inherent to the Ukrainian people and their rich in content ground is given. Due to what can talk about the difference of Ukrainian nation from other in the general legal picture of the world. A study is undertaken in relation to probability of existence of legal inheritance of Soviet Union, id est a few points of view of home and foreign scientists that speak out pro and con this legal phenomenon are presented, and also it is set or the legal inheritance of the USSR has an influence on the legal inheritance of the Ukrainian people.
