LEGAL REGULATION OF LOAN PAYMENT: INTERNATIONAL LEGAL STANDARDS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of international legal standards in the field of remuneration. It was stated about the existence of a solid array of international legal acts aimed at regulating wages of wage earners. It is concluded that according to the current realities for the development and improvement of legal regulation of issues of remuneration of labor, international norms and universally recognized principles of international law should be clearly established in the norms of Ukrainian labor legislation. That is, they should be reflected in normative acts that can be concretely developed and developed in the direction of improving the legal status of the workers, which, first of all, will allow to avoid many mistakes in order to regulate labor remuneration issues, as well as provide an opportunity to formulate proposals for the improvement of the current legislation.
