ON THE LEGAL REGIME OF APPEALS OF CONVICTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE JOINT FORCES OPERATION

Abstract
In the article a theoretical study of legal regime of appeals of convicts in specific area of Donetsk and Luhansk regions during the time of the Joint forces operation was conducted. It was established that since 2014 the Antiterrorist operation carried out in Ukraine, was subsequently turned into the Joint forces operation in specific area of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The analysis of legal literature concerning the concept of legal regime of appeals of convicts is carried out. The organizational and legal mechanism of providing appeals of convicts in specific area of Donetsk and Luhansk regions during the time of the Joint forces operation is disclosed. It is substantiated that the legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the problem of appeals of convicts, does not determine this point during the time of the Joint forces operation.
