JUDICIAL PRACTICE AS THE BASIS FOR IMPROVING LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE IN THE SPHERE OF LICENSING OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article analyzes and generalizes the court practice of cases related to the licensing of economic activity, identifies three categories of cases in this area. The author examines the issues that most often become subject of court trial in cases related to licensing. On the basis of this study the problems of Ukrainian legislation on licensing of economic activity are identified. With the purpose of solving problem issues, the ways of improvement of the legislation in this area and concrete changes to normative-legal acts are offered.
