CHARACTERISTICS OF TRACES OF IMPROPER FULFILLMENT OF DUTIES REGARDING THE PROTEKTION OF THE LIFE AND HEALTH OF CHILDREN AS AN ELEMENT OF FORENSIC CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, the concept of “traces of a crime” and “trace of a crime” are researched. A trace pattern of improper fulfillment of duties on the protection of the life and health of children is determined. The main types of material and ideal traces of these crimes are highlighted. It was emphasized that the analysis and investigation of the traces of improper fulfillment of duties on the protection of the life and health of children allows the investigator to determine the directions of further investigation, the list of necessary investigatory (search) actions and forensic examinations.
