LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF BODIES, WHICH PROVIDE SERVICES ON EMPLOYMENT, IN THE FIELD OF PROVIDING LABOR EMPLOYMENT OF YOUTH

Abstract
The specifics of the law regulation of the activity of the agencies that providing employment services in the field of employment of youth are explored. It’s argued that the bodies promoting employment of young people are the State Employment Service and private employment agencies. It’s determined that the law regulation of measures to promote labor employment by the State Employment Service is rather limited and fuzzy, and also contains ineffective legal incentives for youth employment. Instead, the rules of the activities of private employment agencies are too flexible and may create the unjustified exploitation of young people who have sought the promotion of employment in these bodies.
