COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ANALYSIS OF PROCEDURES FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN UKRAINE AND THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article analyzes the public procurement procedure in the European Union in order to compare them with the current legislation of Ukraine. Attention was paid to the normative acts regulating European Union public procurement, their role in the Ukrainian legislation in this area was determined. Also, the article compares the objectives and principles of public procurement in Ukraine and the European Union have no thesis about the fundamental difference between the views of the legislator for the purpose of public procurement in the European Union and Ukraine. At the same time, the article indicates the lack of legal certainty in Ukraine regarding the terminology used during tenders, a certain inconsistency of the legislation of Ukraine and the European Union, the need for further harmonization.
