ESSENCE AND STRUCTURE OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL MECHANISM FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of the essence and structure of the administrative and legal mechanism of providing financial and economic security of Ukraine. It is noted that in connection with the constant reformation of law enforcement agencies, it is necessary to study the essence and structure of the above-mentioned mechanism. The concept of “mechanism”, “administrative- legal support”, “administrative-legal mechanism”, “mechanism of administrative-legal provision of financial and economic security” is defined. The signs of the administrative-legal mechanism in the indicated sphere are singled out. The purpose of functioning of the administrative-legal mechanism of ensuring financial and economic security is stated. The list of elements of the mechanism of providing financial and economic security of the state is established.
