CHAIN WITH BUDGET FUNDS AS A CHAIN OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article contains an analysis of the current legislation, which provides for criminal liability for fraud in economic activities. Effectiveness of applying the norms of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for fraud in the sphere of economic activity, in particular, borrowing of budget funds by misleading during the procedure of public procurement is investigated. It is proposed to change the disposition of the current article of the criminal code for a more effective qualification of crimes, or to make an appropriate article, which would establish liability for fraud in the field of economic activity. In addition, it is important to supplement the qualifying features of such acts, including fraud in the implementation of public procurement procedures.
