PRINCIPLES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT COURTESY JUDGE: PROBLEMS OF DETERMINATION OF CLASSIFICATION CRITERIA

Abstract
The article examines the properties of the principles of administrative and legal support for the integrity of judges. The features of theoretical approaches to the problem of their classification are determined. Studied their division into general and special. The content of general principles, in particular, the rule of law, legality, objectivity, and others, is considered. The definition of the concept of “principles of administrative and legal support for the integrity of judges” is given.
