LEGAL REGULATION OF DEFINITION AND DETECTION VIRTUE OF PROSECUTOR AS AN ACCOUNT FOR PROVISION OF ETHICS STANDARDS OF CIVIL SERVICE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with topical issues of definition of the concept of integrity, its legislative consolidation, as well as practical aspects of checking the integrity of prosecutors in Ukraine as a real mechanism for ensuring high-quality civil service standards. Increasing the attention to the ethical component of the civil service, as well as the assessment of the quality of civil servants in Ukraine, raises the need for an effective investigation of the integrity of the prosecutor.
