RESTRICTIVE MEASURES (SANCTIONS) IN THE SPHERE OF NATIONAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE IN CONTEXT OF INFORMATION LAW

Abstract
This article examines problems of evolution of restrictive measures in the sphere of national security according to Ukrainian legislation. In the authors’ opinion the Law of Ukraine “On sanctions” established legal regulations in this sphere. Some of elements of restrictive measures have been using in state mechanism of export control. Low efficiency of legal regulations in Information Age and information societies are modern specificities of information law in restrictive measures. Inadequacy of legislation paves the way for human rights violations in information sphere. There was a need to formulate clear criteria to guide the application of restrictive measures.
