MODERN APPROACHES TO CLASSIFICATION OF FAMILY LEGAL RELATIONSHIP

Abstract
Article is devoted to the analysis of classifications of family legal relationship. Characteristics of certain types of family legal relationship reveal. Due to the updating of the legislation changes in approaches to characteristic of family legal relationship are analyzed. A significant amount of problems, connected with ambiguity of reference of legal relationship to family is revealed. The conclusion is drawn that the category of family legal relationship changes in various historical and legal conditions, their development is influenced by also foreign experience and international treaties, practice of the international degrees of jurisdiction. The impossibility of existence of uniform comprehensive classification of family legal relationship is proved. It can be presented only in the form of set of the classifications given by various criteria.
