THE SYSTEM OF EMISSION LAW AS A COMPONENT OF THE FINANCIAL LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical study of the system of emission law as a component of financial law of Ukraine on the basis of the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars. The scientific works of specialists, both in the field of financial and other branches of law, as well as representatives of economic science, are analyzed for their views on the system of financial law in general and the place of emission law in its composition. According to the results of the analysis, the views on the structure of the emission law system are formulated based on its division into a general and special part, the first of which is directly related to the general part of the financial law. A special part is represented by two sub-institutions (money circulation and securities issue), each of which in turn contains institutions that regulate certain groups of issue legal relations.
