METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE ESSENCE OF COMPETENCE ATTESTATION COMMISSIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article analyzes the theoretical approaches to the problem of determining the competence of certification commissions in Ukraine. The characteristic is given to the concept and structure of competence depending on various methodological approaches. The conclusion was made as a result of the research that the competence of certification commissions should be understood as the totality of their tasks, subjects of competence and powers of authority defined by laws and sub-legal acts.
