LEGAL DOCTRINE IN THE SYSTEM OF SOURCES OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of legal doctrine in the system of sources of administrative law, as well as the problems of its application in the legal proceedings of Ukraine. Specific examples of judicial cases are provided, in which courts applied the legal doctrine as a source of law. It is substantiated that the legal doctrine does not contain norms of administrative law, does not affect on their validity and accordingly can not be related to sources of administrative law of Ukraine. It is proposed to consider legal doctrine as a source of convincing character in judicial application.
