SEPARATE ISSUES OF INVALIDITY OF A CREDIT OBLIGATION

Abstract
In the article are discussed issues invalidity of credit obligations. As part of the study, general concepts of transaction invalidity and credit obligation are analyzed taking into account the specifics of the last one. Recognition of invalid credit obligations, based on common grounds defined in the Civil Code of Ukraine, about invalidity of transactions, taking into account the peculiarities of nature for the credit sphere.
