SOCIAL ADAPTATION OF EMPLOYEES (WORKERS) OF OPERATIVE SUBDIVISIONS OF THE SECURITY SERVICE OF UKRAINE IS AFTER LIBERATION

Abstract
In the article the basic stages of social adaptation of employees (workers) of the operative departments of the Security Service of Ukraine are considered to the new terms of existence after liberation from military service, some legislative actions of the state in relation to psychological and social adaptation of employees (workers) of the operative departments of the Security Service of Ukraine. Experience of adaptation of servicemen in the foreign states and basic legislative acts that regulate this sphere of relations are analysed. Actuality of problem of social psychological adaptation, and in her scopes and psychological rehabilitation of servicemen, exempt in a supply, and members of their families dictated by the dramatic change of terms of their vital functions and absence of previous psychological preparation to the corresponding vital changes. The employees (workers) of the operative departments of the Security Service of Ukraine and members of their families need professional state support in transition from soldiery to the civil terms of life.
