CONSERVATIVE LEGAL IDEOLOGY IN THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE POLITICAL PARTIES OF THE GALICHYNY OF THE END OF THE XIX – THE BEGINNING OF XX CENTURIES

Abstract
The article analyzes the role of political parties in Galicia in shaping the basic postulates of conservative legal ideology. It was established that the main ideologue and creator of conservative legal ideology was political and public figure O.Barvinsky. The features of the Galician conservatism are revealed, its main values and principles are outlined, its social base is determined, the close connection with the national idea is substantiated. Shows the forms and methods of activity of political and political institutions of Christian-conservative orientation.
