Abstract
The article presents the evolution of the Public Gardens of Tecuci since their establishment until the present day. The sources used include new and previously unknown information, rich arhivistic material, documents, institutional correspondence, memoirs and publications of the era. The personalities which are presented within where implicated in the realization of this “oasis” from center of Tecuci, a place of enjoyment and a stroll through time, pulsating of public life.
