Gradul de absorbţie a fondurilor structurale şi de coeziune la nivelul trimestrului I 2012

Abstract
Exigenţele impuse de Uniunea Europeană, mecanismele politicilor comunitare, normele şi standardele europene sunt provocări cărora producătorii, procesatorii, comercianţii şi decidenţii din mediul economic românesc trebuie să le facă faţă. În articole este analizat gradul de absorbţie a fondurilor structurale şi de coeziune pe axele majore de alocare: transport, mediu, infrastructură regională, dezvoltarea resurselor umane, creşterea competitivităţii economice, dezvoltarea capacităţii administrative şi asistenţă tehnică. S-a avut în vedere să se ajungă la concluzii clare, pentru realizarea unor recomandări privind determinarea punctelor slabe care împiedică o mai bună absorbţie a fondurilor şi determinarea unor măsuri de contracarare a deficienţelor. Merită menţionat faptul că mecanismul ce face posibil accesul la finanţări europene este unul funcţional, stabil şi eficient. Se apreciază că performanţele acestuia ar putea fi mult sporite în cazul în care producătorii, procesatorii, comercianţii şi decidenţii din mediul economic, ar acorda mai multă importanţă acestei oportunităţi ce face posibilă dezvoltarea economică românească.
