GRAMMATICAL PECULIARITIES OF INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTS TRANSLATION

Abstract
The present article is dedicated to the study of English international regulatory documents. The main focus is given to the research of the translation peculiarities of the above mentioned documentation according to the certain types of grammatical transformations. International protocols, conventions, agreements, treaties and charters have been chosen as a research material. Quantitative analysis of the use of different types of grammatical transformations has been conducted. The investigation has shown that different types of grammatical transformations serve to preserve the semantic content and stylistics of English international documents. The most common translation transformations while translating such documents are distribution and rearrangement of the sentence components.
