"GREEN ECONOMY" AS A NEW VECTOR OF A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract
In the article the problems of formation of green economy in the Republic of Kazakhstan are stated. In the process of being accelerated by scientific and technical progress, national priorities of the state support such branches as traditional power, agriculture and other a resource-saving, processing of a waste, ecological housing construction and architecture, "clever cities", trade in the "green" goods, an aquaculture, steady transport, ecological tourism, ecosystem services and others dynamically developing change. On the basis of the revealed best technologies technical standards and environmental management standards, the priority directions of development of science and equipment, as a whole economic policy are reconsidered.
