Green technologies in obtaining nanomaterials – using white grapes (Vitis vinifera) in the processes for the preparation of silver nanoparticles

Abstract
A process for preparing aqueous suspensions of nanosilver based on chemical reduction method using an aqueous extract from white grapes has been studied. Grape extract is a natural source of both redactors of silver ions, and stabilizers of the resulting nanoparticles. Extracts differing by parameters of the processes for their preparation were subjected to analytical analysis in order to select potentially most preferred one in the process of receiving nanosilver particles. The resulting product was analyzed by spectrophotometric techniques, light scattering techniques (DLS) and scanning electron microscopy.
