Zero-emission coal power plants
Journal Title: CHEMIK nauka-technika-rynek - Year 2013, Vol 67, Issue 10
Abstract
Name of zero-emission coal power plants includes new direction for energy, which provided further use of fossil fuels will need to use technology to significantly reduce the carbon emissions of electricity generation. Founded goal can be achieved through the development and implementation of these technologies that allow the burning of fossil fuels without emitting carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. One such technology is the technology of CCS involving the capture and injecting carbon dioxide into geological strata.
