گزارش یک مورد کچلی سر (نوع آندوتریکس) از پسر بچه 3 ساله، مراجعه‌کننده به آزمایشگاه بیمارستان علی‌ابن‌ابیطالب (ع) قم

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: فرم آندوتریکس کچلی سر، یکی از انواع عفونت‌های درماتوفیتی مو و پوست سر بوده که در پسربچه‌ها، به‌خصوص گروه سنی 11-6 سال شیوع بیشتری دارد. نکته حایز اهمیت اینکه، گزارش این مورد عفونی در سالیان اخیر با توجه به رشد شاخص‌های بهداشتی شهرنشینی، کاهش قابل‌توجه‌ای نشان داده است؛ به‌طوری‌که جزء موارد نادر تلقی می‌گردد. معرفی مورد مورد پسر‌بچه سه‌ساله‌ای است که با علائم بالینی ریزش مو، موهای شکسته و خال‌های سیاه در کف سر توأم با التهاب، قرمزی، شوره و خارش در محل‌های ضایعه از طریق پزشک معالج در آبان‌ماه سال 1395 به آزمایشگاه این مرکز درمانی ارجاع داده شد. طبق نظر پزشک معالج، آزمایش‌های تشخیصی قارچ‌شناسی (مستقیم و کشت) انجام گرفت. با انجام آزمایش مستقیم و آرتروکنیدی داخل مو، کچلی سر از نوع آندوتریکس و از طریق کشت، عامل بیماری ترایکوفایتون ویولاسئوم تشخیص داده شد. گزارش این مورد کمیاب، با توجه به احتمال آلودگی و سرایت در مهدکودک، می‌تواند هشداری در جهت شیوع عفونت‌های قارچی خطرناک در سطح جوامع شهری، به‌خصوص مدارس و مهدکودک‌ها باشد.
