HARMONIZATION OF THE MODEL OF THE EXCHANGE MARKET OPERATION OF VALUES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EURO INTEGRATION

Abstract
The article considers the preconditions for the formation and development of the Ukrainian stock market of securities in the context of European integration processes. In particular, the state of adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to European standards has been studied, with the aim of forming a model of the stock market of securities, which is an important condition for successful development of the Ukrainian economy. The main regulatory acts in the field of legal regulation of the stock market of Ukraine are considered in the provisions of the EU. Proposed own model of the stock market of securities in Ukraine.
