HARMONIZATION OF UKRAINIAN AND EUROPEAN LAND RESOURCES MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION

Abstract
The aspects of harmonization of Ukrainian and European legislation on land resources management are investigated. The peculiarities of formation of agroecological image of Ukraine through the implementation of measures of national programs of development of agrarian sector in general and effective management of land resources in particular are determined. The peculiarities of the corresponding normative-legal and methodological base for achievement of effective development of land relations in the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy are generalized.
