Abstract
The aim of the patient-centered approach is to determine the values of the patient, to determine their preferences, to guide the development and maintenance of health and to make a basis for behavioral changes. The rise in bee keeping industry has increased the frequency of bee sting. There is rarely information on the potential reactions related to bee string either in our country or in the world. The allergic reactions subject to them might be severe and lethal in nature and can appear as a late symptom days or even weeks after a bee sting and continue for long, as well. We intended to present from a different perspective the case who had recurrent bee stings and was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation at an early age and for whom another cause could not be detected in etiology.
