HE PARTICULARITIES OF THE FUNDAMENTAL THEORIES OF JUVENILE DELICENCE

Abstract
The scientific paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the gradual causes that generate the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency under theoretical and practical aspect. Therefore, in the elaboration of this paper we intend to analyze in a limited form the etiology of the phenomena of juvenile delinquency in terms of psycho-sociological, socio-professional, psycho-psychiatric, juridico-social hypotheses and paradigms. At the same time, the scientific study of juvenile delinquency theories is important not only because of the immediate therapeutic measures, but also as an instrument by which the progressive manifestation of juvenile delinquency can be controlled.
