Health Information Awareness among the Teaching Professionals of Higher Education: An Analysis

Abstract

This article presents health information awareness among the teaching professionals of higher education. The analysis covers mainly Family history of the diseases, respondents diseases, Awareness about the diabetic retinopathy, lipid profile respondents undergone a list of diagnosis and their frequency. Health is the overall condition of an organism at a given time. Thinking of people, health consists of a complete state of physical, social, and mental well being. Health permits people to lead an individually, socially and economically productive life. Health awareness is a comprehensive understanding of health. Every normal person need to know this to take care of her “SELF”. This responsibility also extends to the families,societies, countries and the world.
